Presented with a Motion to Determine Reasonableness of Attorney’s Fees, the Court was asked by the Debtor to reduce the fees charged by a lender for filing numerous Notices of Mortgage Payment Change (Official Form 410S1) and Notices of Postpetition Mortgage Fees, Expenses, and Charges (Official Form 410S2) in connection with its proof of claim.   The Court determined that the lender’s fees were allowed under the loan documents, the notices were required under Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3002.1, the lender’s fees for filing the notices were reasonably necessary to protect the lender’s interest, and the fees charged were reasonable.
