The Court experiences a significant volume of returned e-mail when e-mail addresses are not kept current or when quotas prevent the delivery of email.  The Court relies on e-mail as the primary means of service.  Administrative Order 03-02 directs that it is the responsibility of registered users of the CM/ECF system to maintain a current e-mail address.

If you do not maintain a valid e-mail address with your CM/ECF account, you may lose the ability to file electronically. 

The Court will attempt to contact your office by phone but if our staff is not successful your CM/ECF account will be suspended.
