Attorney Account – Admitted to Maryland U.S. District Court – Training Required
If you have an Active bar status with the Maryland U.S. District Court, you must still review training materials unless you have an active CM/ECF login with another Bankruptcy Court.

If you have an Active bar status with the Maryland U.S. District Court and an active CM/ECF login with another Bankruptcy Court, training is waived. This includes pro hac vice attorneys meeting these criteria. Training is also waived if you are a U.S. Government attorney.

Attorney Account – Pro Hac Vice – Training Required
If there is an order in a case allowing you to file Pro Hac Vice, and you do not have an Active bar status with the Maryland U.S. District Court and you do not have an active CM/ECF login with another Bankruptcy Court, you must review training materials.
Attorney Account – Pro Hac Vice – Training Waived
If there is an order in a case allowing you to file Pro Hac Vice, and you do not have an Active bar status with the Maryland U.S. District Court, but you do have an active CM/ECF login with another Bankruptcy Court, you do not have to take online training.
Switching Law Firms
If you are an attorney switching law firms, you can continue to use your existing CM/ECF account by updating your address, phone, and email in your account. For any questions or assistance with your CM/ECF account, please contact the IT Service Desk at 866-630-1146.

Other Accounts
This login will allow you to request notice, file proof of claims, withdraw claims, object to claims, assign claims and file reaffirmation agreements.
If you only need to file a proof of claim, please use our Electronic Proof of Claim (EPOC) filing option for which no login is required.
A trustee or attorney may create and link several ‘Filing Agents’ to their user account so that when the agent files on behalf of the trustee/attorney, the docket text shows the trustee’s/attorney’s name as the filer.
