Plaintiff brought adversary proceeding seeking a determination that the $10,000 attorney fee award granted in the parties' divorce was excepted from discharge. Plaintiff moved for summary judgment. The Bankruptcy Court, Duncan W. Keir, J., held that: (1) the findings of the Master for Family Division met the federal standard for nondischargeability under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5); and (2) the $10,000 attorney fee award was inextricably linked to the custody, visitation and child support litigation and was thus nondischargeable. Motion granted.
