Multi-Part Motion

This procedure explains how to docket a two-part motion. The example illustrated is a Motion for Contempt and for Sanctions. This procedure should be used for all multi-part motions.  All Motions, with the exception of a Motion for Relief from Stay are required to have a proposed order attached to the Motion/Application.


1.                                       Click 'Bankruptcy' on the Blue Menu Bar

8.                                       The Modify Docket Text screen displays:

9.                                       The final approval screen appears. Attention!! Submitting this screen commits this transaction. You will have no further opportunity to this submission if you continue. 

10.                                 The Notice of Electronic Filing screen displays. (Refer to Notice of Electronic Filing for complete instructions.)

11.                                 If a filing fee is due, the Internet Credit Card Program Window displays. (Refer to Internet Credit Card Payments for complete instruction.)
