The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland Presents
“Electronic Case Filing: Past, Present, and Future”
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court launched Electronic Case Filing (ECF) in April, 2003. Ten years later, ECF is a robust system that enables users to access the court’s database to file documents, view cases, and operate in a virtual electronic world. To mark this 10 year milestone, we are planning a free ECF seminar to be scheduled in early 2014. The seminar will help ECF users become more proficient, get answers to some of those ‘How Do I’….. questions, understand the operation of the Clerk’s Office, and prepare for the next phase of ECF.
Please complete the attached survey to assist in planning this seminar that meets the needs of ECF users. The seminar is open to all ECF attorney users and their staff including paralegals, legal assistants, and legal secretaries. If you have any questions, please contact Betty Giddings.
