The Judicial Conference of the United States has adopted several revisions of certain dollar amounts in Section 104(a) of the Bankruptcy Code. The revisions will be effective as of April 1, 2013. The attached chart outlines the specific dollar amounts (contained in Title 11 and Title 28 of the U.S.C.) that will be affected by these adjustments. The chart provides the existing dollar amount as well as the adjusted dollar amount for each section that will be adjusted. Local Bankruptcy Forms N-2 and P will be amended accordingly.
