Public CalendarFiling and Miscellaneous Fees - Effective 11/21/12
(See Title 28 U.S.C., Sections 1913, 1914, 1926, 1930, & 1932) - The Bankruptcy Court accepts cash, money orders, cashier's checks, checks from law firms, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Mastercard, VISA and ACH for payment of filing fees. Debtors may not present credit cards to pay fees and all checks from law firms must include a current pre-printed address.
