Howard County Bar Association Lawyer Referral Service - Provides assistance to any person who can afford a reasonable fee for legal advice, and does not have an attorney, in locating a qualified member of the Bar willing to give a brief consultation, and where necessary, additional services. Montgomery County Lawyer Referral Service - Matches qualified lawyers to clients and provides the client with an initial consultation for a nominal fee (usually $40). The Service provides reduced fee services for individuals meeting certain financial need criteria and can accommodate callers who speak foreign languages. Montgomery County Pro Bono Program - Provides free legal help for eligible low-income residents of Montgomery County through direct representation and access to free legal clinics. Community Legal Services of Prince George’s County - Offers a lawyer referral program to eligible low income residents.
