Undeliverable Mail
To Registered Users with faulty e-mail addresses-Due to the reliance on email as the primary means of service, the Court is experiencing a significant volume of returned e-mail caused by e-mail addresses not being kept current or e-mail boxes refusing additional messages. The Court’s Administrative Order 03-02 directs that it is the responsibility of registered users of the CM/ECF system to maintain a current e-mail address.
To prevent further unnecessary returned e-mail, the Court will begin providing hard copy notice to such registered users advising them of the requirement to keep their e-mail account current and the possibility that their on-line filing privileges will be disabled. Click here for a sample notice.
