Requests for Copies

As an alternative to requesting copies from the Bankruptcy Court, you can sign up for a PACER (Public Access to Court Records) account and if you provide a charge card number for billing purposes, you will receive a login and password for same day access. With PACER you can access all documents filed with the court since we went live on CM/ECF (April 7, 2003). The charge is 8 cents per page if you do your own search. In contrast, if the court provides you a copy, you are charged 50 cents per page and depending on the complexity a possible search charge of $30 for a single document. The PACER website has training documents to show you how to look up information.
